Easily London's most iconic landmark. St Pauls Cathedral. I thought I had photographed the amazing dome of St Pauls from every angle, until I found this fantastic old side street leading to its western approach. My Nikon 80-400mm lens helped cut out the shop signs and people and focus on the beauty of London's finest historical architecture. The rain had just stopped and left numerous puddles of water in these beautiful cobbled streets. Everyone was too busy texting on their iphones to notice the beautiful reflections of the perfect top of St Pauls Cathedral. I received some strange looks as most people couldn't even notice what I was photographing!

The iconic Goldfinger Trellic Tower is one of my local landmarks, and I pass it daily on my commute. I've been searching for years for various different viewpoints, but I am always drawn to a tight crop to accentuate the patterns in the flat windows and balconies.
