A fresh afternoon walk in the city of Dublin, in between the rain showers of course. The iconic twin chimney stacks of Dublin port behind, and the Jeanie Johnston famine ship in the mid-ground.
After waiting 3 hours in the cold for the famous super moon, I was determined to find the ideal location around the Eiffel Tower for the Moon Rise. With a Nikon 400mm lens, D700 and Compass, I was a little dissapointed overall, but delighted with this shot.
The hardest thing about travel photography is trying to find a fresh and new perspective when photographing such iconic and world famous icons. Paris is by far the hardest example of this. Try photographing anything in this city without feeling like a tourist!
